Ghislaine Justine Terceira, 66, of Rudy, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at her home. She was born October 19, 1960 in The Bronx, New York to the late Reggie and Chris (Sapronick) Boucher. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Keith Terceira.
She is survived by three daughters, Dominique Terceira of Fort Smith, Angelina Haars of Van Buren, and Maria Terceira of Rudy; two sons, Ryan Nezaj of Lowell, and Antonio Terceira of Rudy; a sister, Regina Boucher of Sarasota, Florida; a brother, Paul Boucher of Garnerville, New York; and two grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. There are no services scheduled at this time.
