James Harold Aldridge, 59, of Van Buren, died Sunday, December 30, 2012 in his home. He was born October 14, 1953 in Kibler, AR to the late Jesse and Mae Aldridge. He was a retired farmer, and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia of the home; a daughter, Miranda Freeman and husband Tim of Lawton, OK; a son, Nick Aldridge and wife Theresa of Van Buren, AR; a sister, Wanda Kessler of Kibler; a brother, Johnny Aldridge and wife Luvenia of Dyer; five grandchildren, Mary, Zach, Hannah, Xavier, and Briona; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside service will be held at noon Thursday, January 3, 2013 at Fort Smith National Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be Ron Burnett, Josh Flynn, Chris Morris, Herbert Morris, James Moore, and Larry Moore.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel in Van Buren, AR.
