James “Jim” Daniels, 66, of Van Buren, Arkansas, died Monday, November 15, 2010 in a local hospital. He was born August 18, 1944 in Harrison, Arkansas. He was a retired carpet layer and farm manager. He is survived by his wife, Fern Daniels of the home; two daughters, Carla Daniels of Branson, MO and Wendy Dean and her husband, Donnie of Van Buren, AR; two sons, Chad Daniels and his wife, Kristi of Springdale, AR and Brady Daniels and his wife, Kelli of Atlanta, GA; as well as 7 grandchildren and one great grandchild. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren. Mr. Daniels will be cremated under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home. There are no services scheduled.
