Jenise Mason

Jenise Mason, 26, of Alma, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 30, 2014. She was born on May 29, 1988 to Lisa and Steven Washburn. She was a cashier for the Highway 64 Superstore between Van Buren and Alma.

She is survived by her husband, Eric of the home; two sons, Colby Mason of the home, and Peyton Mason of Alma; her mother, Lisa Washburn of Alma; her father, Steve Washburn also of Alma; three sisters, Joanna Chandler of the home, Jennifer Washburn of Alma, and Jessica Garner of Alma; two brothers, Stephen Washburn of Chester, and Jonathan Washburn of Alma, and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be at 10 am Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at the Gill Cemetery Arbor. Interment will follow at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Jesse Garner, Ryan Miller, Cody Collingsworth, Jerry Taylor, Tommy Stepusin, and Josh Robins.

The family will visit with friends from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday, June 2, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren.
