

Jerry Dickerson, 82, of Mulberry, passed away Friday, December 21, 2018 at his home. He was born August 24, 1936 in Mulberry to the late Ottie and Jewel Dickerson. He was the owner/operator of Dickerson Hardware in Mulberry, served in the United States Army, was a member of the Mulberry United Methodist Church, was Recorder-Treasurer for the City of Mulberry for 14 years, served on the Mulberry School Board, served as treasurer for the Crawford County Fair, and was a 50-year member of the Mulberry Lions Club.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Molly Dickerson of the home; two daughters, Connie Mason and husband Donnie of Mulberry, and Carla Dickerson of Mulberry; a son, Jeff Dickerson and companion Kelli Hubbard of Mulberry; a sister, Peggy Brewster of Edmond, OK; a brother, Joe Dickerson and wife Carol of Clemson, SC; six grandchildren, Brandi Roe and husband Travis, Lacey Feagan and husband Darrel, Erin Young and husband Cody, Rachel Hawkins, Kallen Walker and wife Haili, and Alex Dickerson; and two great-grandchildren, Joby and Levi Roe.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 24, 2018 at the Mulberry United Methodist Church with interment to follow at New Cemetery in Mulberry, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be Kallen Walker, Alex Dickerson, Cody Young, Travis Roe, Bennie Harmon, and Nick House.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mulberry United Methodist Church Food Pantry at 329 Church Avenue, Mulberry, Arkansas 72947.
