Johnnie Jones

Johnnie Mae Blount Jones, 56, of Van Buren, Arkansas, and a lifelong resident of Crawford County, died Monday, February 7,2011 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was born February 11, 1954 in Van Buren, Arkansas. She was a homemaker , a hand painter at Southwestern Glass in Van Buren, and a member of Liberty Fellowship Church.

She is survived by her husband, Ben Jones of the home; two daughters, Clara Hill and husband Todd of Dyer, AR, Elizabeth McClain and husband Cris of MS.; three sons, Tim Proctor and wife Patricia of CO, Jonathan Jones and wife Jasmine of Van Buren , AR, Wesley Jones and wife Landi of Van Buren, AR; one sister, Tammy Gregory and husband Donald of Alma, AR; four brothers, Claude Blount and wife Sharon of Rudy, AR, Tommy Blount and wife Janette of Van Buren, AR, Larry Blount and wife Vicky of Van Buren, AR, Darrell Blount and wife Susan of Fort Smith, AR; 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be at 10:00 A.M. Monday February 14, 2011 at the Gill Cemetery Arbor in Van Buren, AR under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Herb Pulse, Jimmy Seabolt, Ronnie Brown, Charles Wagner, Robert Johnson, Ron Ingram.

The family will visit with friends from 2:00 P.M. to 4 P.M. Sunday February 13, 2011 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
