Joseph Raymond Kessler, 90, of Checotah, OK, passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2018 in Warner, OK. He was born June 26, 1927 in Medicine Lodge, KS to the late Charles and Edna Kessler. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Kessler; a son, Dan Hall; a daughter, Sherry Thompson; a sister, Mae Grazier; and three brothers, Charlie Kessler, George Kessler, and Frank Kessler.
The family will visit with friends from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Friday, January 5, 2018, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, with committal to follow at Gill Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
