Judith Vera Wimberley, 77, of Mountainburg, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2016 in Fort Smith. She was born September 16, 1938 in Chicago, IL to the late Henry and Ann Lundin. She was a homemaker, and a member of Chester Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Gale Wimberley and Donna Pense; a brother, Gary Lundin; and a grandson, Jordan Pense.
She is survived by her husband, Dean Wimberley of the home; a daughter, Carol Pense of Mountainburg; a son, Dale Wimberley of Mountainburg; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A family-hosted memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Chester Freewill Baptist Church. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Honorary pallbearers will be Denver Wimberley, Nathan Wimberley, Tanner Wimberley, Kyle Pense, Drew Pense, Nicholas Pense, and Austin Nichols.
