She is survived by a daughter, Pamela Helmick of Kentucky; a son, Keith Shutt of Evansville; a sister, Barbara Legris of Fort Smith; two brothers, David and Jimmy Seibert of Michigan; and three grandchildren. She is also survived by two cousins, Lyn Strothers and Laura Smith, both of Mt. Carmel, IL; and an uncle, Larry Seibert and wife LaLoma of Mt. Carmel.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren. There are no services scheduled at this time.
