In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Dempsey, David, and Kim Lewis.
He is survived by four sisters, Loretta Raleigh, Juanell Glotzbach, Deborah Wilson, and Lora Brake, all of Mulberry; and three brothers, Donnie Lewis of Van Buren, Kirksey Lewis of Alma, and Andrew Lewis of Mulberry.
Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 9, 2022 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with ashes being placed at Oak Bower Cemetery at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
