Kimberly Kay Cook, 60, of Rudy, passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at her home. She was born May 30, 1965 in Spokane, WA to the late Edwin and Louise (Barnett) Fagan. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
She is survived by her partner, Chris Hampton of the home; a daughter, Brandy Turner and husband Jeff of Van Buren; and a grandson, Jonathan Turner.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. There are no services scheduled at this time.
