Leslie “Butch” Mahan, 72, of Alma, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2022 at his home. He was born January 26, 1950 in Fort Smith to the late Johnny and Blossom (Hardgrave) Mahan. He was a route driver for Wonder Bread for 24 years.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Buddy Mahan.
He is survived by his wife, Ginny Mahan of the home; two daughters, Sara Harrison of Fort Smith, and Kara Sweeten of Hackett; a stepdaughter, Margie Webb of Lavaca; a stepson, Tim Morphew of Greenwood; a sister, Virginia Layne Downs of Alma; four grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren, and two step-great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 21, 2022 at the Alma Church of Christ. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
