Linda Carol Davis, 68, of Van Buren, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2022 in Fort Smith. She was born February 27, 1954 in Arlington, CA to the late Elbert and Nola (Couch) Turner. She was a bookkeeper.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Davis; a sister, Lydia Ashley; and two brothers, Harold Turner and John Turner.
She is survived by two daughters, Avey Preston and Nola Turner, both of Van Buren; five sisters, Mary Schafer of Las Vegas, Laura Parris of Jackson, TN, Pamela Cummins of Sentinel, OK, Delores Catanzano of Las Vegas, and Sandra Love of Marysville, WA; two brothers, Robert Turner of Fort Smith, and James Turner of Las Vegas; five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. Ashes will be placed at the Fort Smith National Cemetery.
