

Linda Faye McCurley, 77, of Van Buren, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 23, 2025 in Fort Smith. She was born October 20, 1948 in Weona, Arkansas to the late J.W. and Jaunita (Gryner) Davidson.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by a daughter, Stacy Lynn Cole of Chester.
She is survived by two daughters, Johnia Putman and husband Rodney of Alma, and Michelle Jacobs and husband Patrick of Van Buren; a sister, Barbra Evans of Van Buren; and a brother, Larry Davidson and wife Cleo of Van Buren. Linda’s legacy continues through her grandchildren, Courtney Greenfield and husband Nicholas, Austin Putman, Morgon Barnes and husband Raphael, Katelyn White and husband AJ, Patrick Jacobs, Hayden Cole and wife Mary, and Linda Dawn Mason Jacobs; and her great-grandchildren, Kylah White, Braedon Barnes, Riley Barnes, and Kobe White.
Linda was the true epitome of a devoted grandmother who embodied unconditional love and strength as the pillar of her family. She was lovingly known as Mema by her grandchildren and many others. She will forever be remembered as their #1 Mema.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. There are no services scheduled at this time.
