Lloyd Allen Yocum, Sr., 76, of Van Buren, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at his home. He was born October 22, 1937 in Fort Smith to the late Alfred and Ruby Yocum. He was a retired Leadman at Whirlpool, and was a cook with the National Guard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Ruth Yocum, and a son, Patrick Yocum.
He is survived by three daughters, Jackie Duncan of Van Buren, Judy Kirkham of Greenwood, and Sondra Yocum of Van Buren; two sons, Randy and Allen Yocum of Van Buren; six grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren. There are no services scheduled at this time. Ashes will be interred at Gill Cemetery at a later date.
