Mack Rhoades, 81, of Van Buren, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2015. He was born April 16, 1934 in Fort Smith to the late Horace and Ruby Rhoades. He was a retired truck driver for the Teamsters Local 208, and was a Christian.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy of the home; a daughter, Rachael Varnell of Owasso, OK; four sons, Mack Rhoades, Jr. of Virginia, Dana Rhoades of Washington, Drex Rhoades of Idaho, and Aaron Rhoades of Van Buren; a sister, Lavone Baehler of Nevada; and eleven grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
