Margie Harrison, 95, of Pocola, OK, died Tuesday, November 8, 2011 in Fort Smith, AR. She was born December 2, 1915 in San Antonio, TX. She was an Electrical Component Assembler for Boeing Aircraft in Wichita, KS, beautician, homemaker, a member of the Hackett Methodist Church, and was a member and past Matron of the Melody Chapter of Order of Eastern star. She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Harrison.
She is survived by two daughters, Eloise “Ellie” Rogers of Pocola, OK. and Erlene “Earl” Shaddy of Van Buren, AR; five grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; as well as six great great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 12:30 P.M. Friday, November 11, 2011 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel in Van Buren, AR with burial at Fort Smith National Cemetery in Fort Smith AR under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be Jim Childress, Jeff Childress, Michael Keller, Stuart Keller, Grayson Keller, and Dakotah Reichard.
The family will receive friends from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. Thursday November 10, 2001 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
