Melba Jean Dutton, 71, of Van Buren, AR, died Thursday, September 1, 2011 in Fort Smith, AR. She was born February 29, 1940 in Van Buren, AR to Harvey and Anna Bailey. She was a kitchen manager at Crawford Healthcare and Rehab , a member of Concord Baptist Church, loving mother and grandmother and loved her Lord Jesus Christ.
She is survived by a daughter, Debra Jean Walker of Van Buren, AR; three sons, Michael Lynn Walker of Van Buren, AR, Kevin Lee Walker of Rudy, AR and Leslie Brian Dutton of Van Buren, AR; a brother, Ruul Bailey of Mulberry, AR; nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at Edwards Van-Alma Chapel with burial at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren, AR under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be Lance Walker, Adam Walker, John Bradley, Chance Locklear, Shane Walker and Tony Brazil.
Viewing will be Sunday, September 4, 2011 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral home.
