Mindy Jensen, 43, of Alma, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017 in Van Buren. She was born September 18, 1973 in Fort Smith. She was a long-term care LPN. She was preceded in death by her mother, Darlene Balazic.
She is survived by her husband, Stephen Jensen of the home; a daughter, Alexis Alexander of Fort Smith; a son, Ethan Alexander of Fort Smith; her father and stepmother, Mike and Becky Balazic of Van Buren; two sisters, Malory Toothacker and husband Mark of Frankfort, KY, and Monica Nolen and husband Chris of Fayetteville.
Family-hosted memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 6, 2017 at Alma United Methodist Church. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
