He was preceded in death by his parents, James Ervin and Sandra (Creel) Brock.
He is survived by his wife, Nicole Ervin of the home; a daughter, Misty December Reed of Minneapolis; three sons, Michael Atkins of Atlantic, Iowa, Christopher Ervin of Boone, NC, and Karl Ervin of Fort Smith; and eight grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. There are no services scheduled at this time.
