

Nina Kiser, 65, of Central City, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 21, 2014. She was born June 7, 1948 in Mulberry to the late Truman and Mary Barker. She was the youngest of seven children. She enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and traveling with her dear friends Ida Mae and Leroy Mason, and Bo and Sue Brown. She was retired from Rheem Manufacturing in Fort Smith.
She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Charles “Blain” Kiser of the home; a son, Charles Kiser, Jr. and wife Judy of Mulberry; two sisters, Louise Adams of Alma, and Lola Carter of Mesa, AZ; a brother, Harold Barker of Mulberry; and two grandsons, Cody Kiser of San Angelo, TX, and William Bartlett of Mulberry.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 25, 2014 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Chapel with interment to follow at the Fort Smith National Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be Cody Kiser, Earl Wiley, Joe Eyerman, Matt Parsons, Kenny Newberry, and Mike Mason.
The family will visit with friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 24, 2014 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
