Patricia Sampley, 64, of Fort Smith, passed away Monday, July 10, 2017. She was born January 10, 1953 in Florence, AZ to the late J.W. and Myrlene Phillips. She was a retired Certified Nursing Assistant, and loved to play bingo.
She is survived by a daughter, Patricia LaRue of Alma; a son, Jason Phillips of Van Buren; three sisters, Darlene Sampley and Tammy Powell, both of Van Buren, and Michelle Gordon of Alma; four brothers, Garland Phillips, Larry Phillips, Melvin Phillips, and Marvin Phillips, all of Van Buren; five grandchildren, Wesley LaRue, Alex Tran, Danica Tran, Tristin LaRue, and Rayce Phillips; and one great-grandson, Kolten LaRue.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. A memorial service will be held at a later.
