

Paula Jean Kizer, 78, of Alma, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at her home. She was born October 3, 1943 in Dyer to the late John Paul and Thelma Davis. She was retired from Arvest Bank in Lowell. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church in Van Buren where she was active in the Disciples Ministry, the Women’s Ministry, the Outreach Ministry, and had served on many various committees. Paula was one-of-a-kind with the most generous heart and was the perfect example of a Godly woman.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Michael Wayne and Steven Michael Kizer; and a sister, Barbara Napolitano.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Kizer of the home; two sisters, Karen Sue Maynard of Kibler, and Angela Kay Brown and husband Teddy of Alma; two brothers, Larry Davis and wife Trudy of Alma, and Ricky Davis of Booneville; four granddaughters; a goddaughter, Laurie Oswalt and husband Ryan of Harrison; and a godson, Ty Nelson and wife Becky of Boise, Idaho.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Concord Baptist Church with interment to follow at New Cemetery in Mulberry, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be the Deacons of Concord Baptist Church.
The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, December 27, 2021, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
