Phyllis Ann Hamlin

Phyllis Ann Hamlin, 83, of Kibler, passed on Friday, March 13, 2026 at home. She was born February 22, 1943 in Kibler to the late Lloyd and Mary (Newton) Brammer. She was known as Meme to all who knew her. She had worked for Baldor.

She is survived by a daughter, Kymberly Ann Pope and her husband Ronnie of Kibler; a son, Steven Gene Hamlin and his wife Gina of Kibler; a brother, Gary Lloyd Brammer and his wife Diana of Fort Smith; six grandchildren, Dustin Pope, Cody Hamlin, Kyle Pope, BreAnne Rogers, Christian Flores and Bethany Flores; six great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at Kibler Methodist Church in Alma on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 10:00 am, followed by burial at Stewart Cemetery in Alma under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, Van Buren, AR.

Pallbearers will be Cody Hamlin, Dustin Pope, Kyle Pope, Michael Brammer, Jason Weatherford and Devin Rogers. Honorary pallbearers will be Neal Hamlin, Gary Brammer and James "Bub" Hunter.

The family will visit with friends on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR 72956.
