Rebecca "Becca" Riddle

Rebecca “Becca” Riddle, 61, of Mulberry, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2016 in Van Buren. She was a retired teacher, having taught in both the Mulberry and Pleasant View School Systems. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Mulberry, and was preceded in death by her father, John Williams.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Charlie of the home; a son, Matt Riddle and wife Renee of Van Buren; her mother, Mary Williams of Fort Smith; a sister, Alice Ann Newman of Mulberry; and three granddaughters, Lainey, Allison, and Madelyn Riddle. She is also survived by a number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at First Baptist Church in Mulberry with interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Fort Smith, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Zach Newman, Andrew Newman, Frank Riddle, Aaron Reid, Marcus Reid, and John Reid.

The family will visit with friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren.
