He is survived by five sisters, Sharon Kilpatrick of Fayetteville, Wanda Self of Seligman, Missouri, Donna Requa of Cassville, Missouri, Virginia Richardson of Booneville, and Melinda Moore of Mulberry; and five brothers, James Allcorn of Noel, Missouri, Bill Allcorn of Plumerville, and Mark, Matt, and Luke Scott, all of Booneville.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. There are no services scheduled at this time.
