Roy Eugene Jeffries, 79, of Van Buren, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2025. He was born July 30, 1945 in Fort Smith to the late George and Catherine (Breenings) Jeffries, Jr. He had worked for the City of Fort Smith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Gray Jeffries; and a sister, Florence Crosno.
He is survived by two nephews, Robert Jeffries and Sam Jeffries, both of Fort Smith; two stepdaughters, Paula Moore and husband Alfred of Fort Smith, and Dianne Elliot of Van Buren.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. There are no services scheduled at this time.
