Ruth Rouw

Ruth Rouw, 93, of Van Buren, passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2014 in Van Buren. She was born January 15, 1921 in Tecumseh, OK to the late Marion and Pearl Capp. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Rouw and a son, David R. Rouw.

She is survived by six daughters, Sandra Smith of Fayetteville, Vicki Brantley of Van Buren, Sheri Martin of Van Buren, Jackie Holmes and husband Jerry of Van Buren, Candace Fraley and husband Jay of Van Buren, and Jennifer Kelly of Van Buren; fifteen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 28, 2014 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Chapel in Van Buren with burial to follow at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be James Smith, John Smith, Gary Brantley, Brad Holmes, John Fraley, James Fraley, Brandon Kelly, and Kyle Kelly.

The family will visit with friends Sunday, July 27, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
