Steven Michael Howell, 62, of Uniontown , AR , died Saturday, September 4, 2010 in Lampe, MO. He was born August 13, 1948 in Fort Smith , Arkansas . He was a retired electrician, served in the Air Force, and was stationed in Athens , Greece during the Vietnam Conflict. He was preceded in death by his father Herman Howell.
He is survived by three daughters, Athena Ann Eggleston of Oklahoma City, OK; Miranda Lynn Howell of Norman, OK; Jeanna Marie Howell of Fort Gibson, OK; one son, Jason Michael Howell of Wagner, OK; his mother, Doris L. Howell of Uniontown, AR; one sister, Barbara Townsend of Cedar Creek, TX; 6 grandchildren; a niece, Christie Weaver of Richardson, TX, as well as 2 great nephews.
Graveside service and burial of ashes will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at Uniontown Cemetery in Uniontown , AR under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren , Arkansas .
