Sylvia Joane “Jody” Thomas, 64, of Alma, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015. She was born August 31, 1950 in Tulare, CA to the late Doyle and Daisy Baker. She was a cook at Skelly’s Truck Stop in Alma.
She is survived by two daughters, Tami Johnson of Alma, and Brandy Lewis of Navarre, FL; a sister, Sheila Loflin of Porterville, CA; two brothers, Wes Harrison and Raymond Baker both of Oklahoma; ten grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
A family-hosted memorial service will be 6:00 p.m. Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Liberty Fellowship Church. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
