Terrie Lynne Broyles, 67, of Barling, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2026 in Fort Smith. She was born August 9, 1959 in Monette, Arkansas to the late Lyman and Ruby (Fortson) Brooks. She was retired from the U.S. Army as a supply specialist.
She is survived by her husband, Stewart Broyles of the home; a daughter, Courtney Drake and husband Kevin of Wichita, Kansas; two sisters, Tena McCoy and husband Melvin of Leachville, Arkansas, and Mary Lewis and husband Allan of Mansfield; and a granddaughter, Laurel Drake.
Memorial service will be 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren. Ashes will be placed at the Fort Smith National Cemetery.
