Terry L. Green

Terry L. Green, 40, of Van Buren, died, Wednesday, October 13, 2010 in a local hospital. He was born December 21, 1969in Fort Smith, AR. He was employed at Schlumberger Corporation and attended Faith Tabernacle Church in Van Buren. He was a very compassionate and caring man, and he never met a stranger. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Tommie Green and a brother, Dennis Green. He is survived by his wife, Shelia Green of the home; three daughters, Kacey Green of the home, Taylor Green of the home, and Lauren Green of the home; one son, Aaron Green of the home; three sisters, Connie Darden and her husband, Daryl of Van Buren, AR, Pam Fields and her husband, Dwayne of Mountainburg, AR, and Kaye Gallagher of Oklahoma; one brother, Reverend Richard Green and his wife, Tami of Alma, AR; as well as several nieces, nephews, uncles, and aunts. Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren, AR under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Daryl Darden, Dwayne Fields, Caleb Fields, Matt Riddle, Dustin Crouch, Cody Green, Jeremy Green, and Michael Green. Honorary pallbearers will be his co-workers and friends at Schlumberger Corporation. The family will visit with friends form 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Friday, October 15, 2010 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR.
