

Tommy Ford “Magnum” Adams, 73, of Coweta, passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022. He was born January 5, 1949 in Fort Smith to the late Norman Adams and Velma (Harris) Wilson. He was a self-employed trucker and served in the Army National Guard.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Renaee Adams; a son, Tommy Adams II; a brother, Rick Adams; and a stepbrother, Merlin Wilson.
He is survived by a daughter, Michele Meza of Broken Arrow; a son, Norman Adams of Fort Smith; two sisters, Mary Burkhart of Rudy, and Susan Means of Fort Smith; two brothers, Glenn Adams and Wally Adams both of Van Buren; and three granddaughters, Jada, Gianna, and Reece.
Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Sarah Grove Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be Teasie Harris, David Burkhart, Rick Bumpers, Norman Adams, Glenn Adams, and Andrew Bond.
The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
