

Toni Lynn English, 51, of Van Buren, Arkansas, died Monday, May 24, 2010 in a local hospital. She was born March 26, 1959 in Fort Smith, AR. She was a LPN and a former employee of Sparks Hospital and she was very active at her church, Christ for the World in Fort Smith, AR. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Ella Burns.
She is survived by two daughters, Candida Dawn Stroupe of Riley, NC and Jennifer English of the home; one son, Brian English of Perry, AR; three sisters, Saundra Fleming of Memphis, TN; Vivian Ann Robertson of Poteau, OK, and Carla Denham of Farmington, AR; three brothers, Burl Burns of Van Buren, AR, Paul Burns of Farmington, AR, and Kevin Burns of Van Buren, AR.; six grandchildren, Ra’Lyn Wardell, Kelsee English, Andrew English, Jaric English, Holden Stroupe, and Finely Stroupe.
Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 27, 2010 at Christ for the World Church in Fort Smith with burial at Forest Park Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Matt Jones, Steve Denham, Charles Cranford, Marvin English, and Isaiah Thompson.
The family will visit with friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. May 26, 2010 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home
