He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard McCormick and Margie (Watson) Payton; and two brothers, Willie McCormick and Willard McCormick Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Darla McCormick of the home; a son, Brennan McCormick of Chester; a sister, Melody Deaton of Fort Smith; and three nieces, Kasey Deaton, Stacey Ocampo, and Lacey Deaton.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR. There are no services scheduled at this time.
