Wanda Lee Hatfield, 86, of Van Buren, passed away Saturday, November 28, 2015 in Fort Smith. She was born August 8, 1929 in Texas to the late Frank and Mae Bennett. She was a retired surgical nurse at Crawford Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by two sons, Dennis Akins and Bryan Bagwell.
She is survived by two daughters, Delona Nash and Brenda Cate, both of Fort Smith; a sister, June Lewis of Van Buren; eight grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren. Interment of ashes will be at Gracelawn Cemetery in Van Buren at a later date.
