Wayne Hyatt

Wayne Hyatt, 63, of Mountainburg, died Sunday, June 16, 2013 in Fort Smith. He was born January 22, 1950 in Herlong, CA to Ralph and Wanda Hyatt. He was a heavy equipment operator, and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Randy Hyatt, Sr.

He is survived by two daughters, Twyla Ledesma and Tiffany Perryman of Van Buren; his mother, Wanda Hyatt Roden of Van Buren; three sisters, Tricia Miller of Greenwood, and Becky Whitley and Vonda Hicks of Van Buren; and four grandchildren, Dawsyn Smith, Lundyn Smith, Brixtyn Perryman, and Keira Ledesma, all of Van Buren.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 20, 2013 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Chapel with interment to follow at Hall Cemetery in Natural Dam, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Randy Hyatt, Jr., David Hyatt, Zach Miller, Tyler Whitley, and Joshua Hyatt.

The family will visit with friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
