A visitation for Carolyn will be held Thursday, July 28, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Van Nuys, 5940 Van Nuys Blvd, Van Nuys, CA 91401. A mass service will occur Friday, July 29, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at St Elisabeth Catholic Church, 14655 Kittridge St, Van Nuys, CA 91405. A burial will occur Friday, July 29, 2022 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Pierce Brothers Valhalla, 10621 Victory Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91606.
