She always made sure to say thank you, and was always kind and courteous to other people. She use to call me on my Birthday and sing to me, always telling me to follow your dreams and to not let anyone else's opinion stop you. Love you Rosie

Rosa was my best friend in high school. We had a lot of our classes together she helped me so much I finished my credits early had the chance to take 1/2 semester off last year. My family loved her and always had something nice to say about her. She was always thoughtful of others before herself. She was always there for me in my good and my sad days. Sadly I lost touch with her but I never forgotten her as she was a real good friend. I still can’t believe she’s gone but I will never forget her :( God has her now rest my dear friend love you.

Just to show you how amazing my aunt Rosie was and such an amazing listener and even more so funnier.

One night sometime summer, my aunts who were living upstairs above us were having some type of family get together outside in our patio, it got super late but my aunt Rosie stood around for a bit sitting on some stairs, I went over because i had never truly had a heart to heart with my aunt, so we talked about her life and what it was like growing up and we reminisced on childhood stories. But a curious topic came up with the bible and i began to tell how she scared the holy moly out of me as a kid. She asked how? I told her you told me about the rapture and how Jesus was coming back to take his righteous people home. She laughed and asked me, why did it scare you? I answered, because for a few nights, i couldn’t sleep because i wanted to make sure that when the horns blew, i could hop on the ride to heaven, i didn't want to be left behind, especially after you telling me about what hell is. She laughed some more, and i told her, you even told me to make sure i don't go to sleep naked because you don’t want the angels and our heavenly father to see “your glory.” So i made sure i would wear my good clothes to bed, but i was traumatized with trying to be on point, so i can go to heaven. I didn’t sleep well for a few nights. So she said i’m sorry but then clarified the meaning of what the rapture is and made me feel at ease, i was now older and able to comprehend ofcourse. But we talked for hours and hours and it was nothing but laughs and great conversation. Such a great listener and beautiful person. But she would always ensure that she always said “i’ma sock you in the grill!” “Want a knuckle sandwich!” Love you auntie!

Biography

Rosa Eugenia Carranza, born April 24,1972. Daughter of Manuel and Maria Carranza. Rosa is a special spark of light from God. While she lived in this physical world she brought happiness, laughter and sincere love to everyone who new her. Her laughter was contagious and her kindness touched every heart around her. At the tender age of 3 when living in Guatemala she would ask our grandmother Berta for one cent. Rosa would walk to the small market and buy her a cigarette. She would say grandma here a bought it for you. That filled my grandma with love that would melt her heart. This is Rosa, ready to be kind to anyone, ready to listen, ready to make you laugh. Rosa our spark of light from God, thanks for the beautiful memories you left us in this physical world. We will see you in heaven someday.

Your Sis Silvia

Dear Mom,

Just because you are not here physically it does not mean that you not here at all and that you are watching over me and the family as the amazing angel you are you were always enough and you will always be worth it I love you my beautiful angel May You Rest In Heaven ❤
