Deloris Irene Pepoon

She was born Aug. 6, 1931 in Arbovale, W.Va. to the late Roy and Fannie Holland Snyder. she was a member of the

Vanceburg United Methodist Church and also a member of the Lewis County Homemakers Club. She was a teacher's aid for

the Lewis County School District.

She is survived by her husband, Rev. Paul Carter Pepoon; three sons, Seth Pepoon and wife, Lora of Hermitage, Tenn., Dale Pepoon and wife, Jennie of Midlothian, Vir., and Jeff Pepoon and wife, Pam of Leland, N.C.; two daughters, Laura Pepoon of Asheville, N.C., and Hannah King and husband, Jayme of St. Charles, Ill.; her twin sister, Doris Radcliff, and sisters, Helen Felton and Eleanor Locke; grandchildren, Jeffrey Warner, Keny Warner, Bella Warner, Tara Warner, Katelyn Cagle, Andrea Boyter, Joshua Pepoon, Daniel King, Rachael King, and Nathaniel King.

She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Lowell Snyder, Kerth Snyder, Robert Snyder, Neil Snyder, Jessie Smith, Anna Lee Bailey, May Gillespie, and Molly Snyder.

Funeral services 2 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2011, at Vanceburg United Methodist Church with Rev. Ray Snider officiating. Burial in Lewis County Memory Gardens.

Visitation 5 - 9 p.m., today at Dickerson Funeral Home and one hour prior to service Tuesday at the church.
