Alicia Callo Fuentebella

Alicia Callo Fuentebella, was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, Iola, and friend. she passed away suddenly on December 20, 2022 at the age of 71 in Vancouver, BC. Alicia was born on March 30, 1951 in Naga City, Philippines. She married Ronnie in 1980 before moving to Canada. Together they had two daughters, Mia (Andrew) and Liza (Bernardus).

From her work as a Social Worker in the Philippines to running a family care home for the developmentally delayed in Vancouver, Alicia spent her working days in service of others.

Alicia was a devout Catholic and her faith was an important part of her life. She was an active member of St. Andrew's Parish in Vancouver and enjoyed singing with the church choir.

Those who knew Alicia will remember her joy, warmth and love. She brought a smile and laughter to everyone she met. Her family and friends will fondly remember the many happy memories she left behind.

There will be a viewing at Hamilton Harron Funeral Home, 5390 Fraser Street, Vancouver, BC on Thursday, January 5, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm followed by a Celebration of Alicia's life. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 6, 2022 at 11:00 am at St. Andrew's Parish, 480 E 47th Avenue, Vancouver, BC.
