Born in the small village of Klima on the beautiful island of Skopelos, Greece, passed away on March 15, 2016 at the age of 62. Anastasia is lovingly remembered by her husband Michael, her children, Michelle and Nicholas, her brother Angelo and sisters-in- law Mina and Annamaria. Also sadly missed by her mother-in-law Ines, brother-in-law Alan, her nephews Aaron, David, Stamati and Thanasi, extended family and many valued friends. Anastasia will be remembered for her love of life, her beautiful smile, her energetic and generous nature and most of all, living for her children, taking every opportunity to shower them with love and affection. Anastasia and Michael were truly best friends and had a loving marriage which spanned over 34 years. Tessy brought joy and happiness into our lives and will be deeply missed but never forgotten, especially by her loving children and husband.
The Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Georges Greek Orthodox Church, 4500 Arbutus Street, Vancouver, B.C. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Burnaby. As Anastasia loved flowers, flowers will be gratefully accepted.
