She is survived by her loving family, her sons Aidan and Mateo, her sisters Angela and Elizabeth, her mum Betty, her extended family and her many close friends. She is predeceased by her father William.
The Poole family were so fortunate to be gifted with a beautiful, loving Mother, Daughter and Sister. Our lives were truly blessed by having her in it.
Quiet and reserved in her early school years, she was quite the academic excelling at every level. An avid reader, she was seldom seen without a book in her hand always keen to learn and build her knowledge. A kind soul who knew her own mind from an early age, she was quietly spoken and never liked a lot of noise.
She did everything with her sisters as teenagers with an unbreakable bond, a loyal confidant. Seldom arguing as long as she was bossing Angela and Liz around. She and her sisters always had to be home by a certain time at night and had watches to keep us right, however there was a local disco one Friday night and Caroline came up with an idea, we would both turn our watch back an hour and we could say the battery must have stopped. We only got away with that once and it was worth it.
A true Fashionista, she loved styling it up and with her flawless makeup she always looked stunning, loved going to the dancing with her special group of friends who remained with her throughout her life.
Her greatest gift in life was her two boys, Aidan and Mateo, who she adored and loved unconditionally. They were her strength and determination, giving her the remarkable will to live and celebrate their many milestones. She was immensely proud of them and of being their mom.
Cherished memories forevermore till we meet again.
The family will be holding a Celebration of life at the Trout Lake Community center in Vancouver on March 16th 2025 at 230pm.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the BC Cancer foundation in Caroline’s name.
