Christine Michelle Wilson

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Christine Michelle Wilson on March 24, 2026, in Vancouver, British Columbia, at the age of 52.

Christine was born on February 2, 1974, in London, Ontario. She lived her life with remarkable energy, warmth, and strength, leaving a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her. Christine was dynamic and positive, with a radiant laugh that could light up any room. She brought joy, humor, and authenticity into her relationships, and her presence will be profoundly missed.

From a young age, Christine’s athleticism and drive were evident. In her youth, she was a figure skater who competed at the national level, demonstrating discipline, grace, and determination. For the past 30 years, she embraced another passion as an avid snowboarder, finding joy and freedom on the mountains she loved.

Above all, Christine was a devoted mother. Her son, Caden, was her greatest love and she was fiercely proud of him and the young man he is; she poured her heart into supporting and celebrating him in every way. Her love for her family and friends was unwavering, and she built deep, meaningful connections that will endure beyond her passing.

Whether through her professional achievements or personal pursuits, she approached everything with enthusiasm and grace.

In her career, Christine most recently served as Regional Vice-President for the British Columbia team at Canada Life. She was deeply respected by advisors, colleagues, and partners alike for her leadership, integrity, and commitment. Her impact on those she worked with was significant and lasting.

Christine is lovingly remembered by her son, Caden Etherington; her sister, Jennifer Stone; her niece, Charlotte Goodfellow; her nephew, Jones Goodfellow; and her former husband, Michael Etherington. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
