It is with sadness that the family of Chui Ching Wong announces her peaceful passing on Thursday, October 6, 2016 in Burnaby. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Bernice, Kim (Jennifer), Danny (Susan), Cindy (Edward) and Frank, her 11 grandchildren and their spouses, her 8 great-grandchildren and her many good friends and acquaintances. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Kim Wang Wong, and her son-in-law, Peter Law. The family would like to thank all the nurses and care aides at Carlton Gardens Care Home for their kindness and expert care during her stay and to Dr. Paul C.H. Wong for his continuing care of her after she became a resident at Carlton Gardens. A Funeral Service will be held at Glenhaven Memorial Chapel, 1835 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 9:30 am. Interment to follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens, 14644 – 72nd Avenue, Surrey, BC.
