To Those I Love

When I am gone, release me, let me go. You musn’t tie yourself to me with tears. Just be happy that we had so many years. I gave you my love, you can only guess, how much you gave to me in happiness. I thank you for the love you each have shown, but now it’s time I traveled alone. So grieve a while for me, if grieve you must, then let your grief be comforted by trust. It’s only for a while that we must part, so bless the memories within your heart. I won’t be far away, for life goes on, so if you need me, call, and I will come. Though you can’t see, or touch, I’ll be near. And if you listen with your heart, you’ll hear all of my love around you, soft and clear. And then, when you must come this way alone, I’ll greet you with a smile, and say “Welcome Home”.

Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at for the Leung family. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Hamilton Harron Funeral Home, Vancouver, British Columbia. Phone 604-325-7441.

Dear Ivy and Calista,

I had the privilege of knowing and working with Daniel at BlueShore Financial. He was a leader through example not only in his work ethic but more importantly in his ability to connect with people and demonstrate a genuine care for their well-being. I had the utmost respect for him not only as a colleague but as a person and a true gentleman. His courage, optimism, and strong-willed determination is an example to us all. His positive impact will be long-lasting and will continue to be felt by his fellow staff and clients alike for years to come.

My sincerest condolences. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Ivy and Calista,

I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel when I was working at TD. We both were business advisors. I was stationed on the North Shore while I believe he was with the Downtown Core team. On different occasions when our groups came together was when I got time to speak with him.
As it would have it I shifted from TD to Blueshore this year.

He was so personable and easy to talk to. I will always remember him for his kindness and his warm character. Daniel's impact here at Blueshore is everlasting with all those who were lucky to work with him.
I am truly sorry for your loss.
My heart and prayers are with you both.

Dear Calista and family,

My sincerest condolences to you and your family. I helped Daniel organize some of his affairs at work before he left. I was inspired by how calm, collected and organized he was. He wanted everything to be in place for you all and he made sure nothing was left undone. As an organization, BlueShore is fortunate to have known Daniel. To me Daniel was a quiet person. From him I learn to speak less and listen more. He was a gracious person to serve the church in leading the Men fellowship. He was a good husband and a good father. We all miss you. May you embrace in God arm . May GOD comfort your family members

Dear Ivy and Calista,

Daniel was a beloved member of the Business Group. He came in and set an exemplary tone for our team at the time. He worked valiantly with quiet dedication, a sunny disposition and had an uproarious laugh that was so contagious. His commitment to work and family was commendable in many ways, and we can all learn from the way he navigated life.

Working as Daniel's Associate was a great pleasure. His intellect and quick problem solving skills made him a wonderful Advisor, but it was his personality that made him shine. I was always happy to help because of how thoughtful, grateful and fun he was to work with. He spoke so highly of you both, and I never heard him speak ill of others. This, and the way he took things in his stride will stick with me for a long time.

Our fondness of him will live on and he has touched the lives of so many people. He will be greatly and deeply missed and I pray that our paths cross again. I am so sorry for your loss and pray that you find strength and solace in this time of hardship.

With warm regards to you and prayers for his soul,
