Dorothy was born in Vancouver, BC at Grace Hospital. She passed away peacefully at Burnaby General Hospital. She is predeceased by her husband and the love of her life Bruce, whom she was married to for 50 years, mom (Toni), Dad (Gus), and brother (George). She is survived by two sons--Steven (Karen), Jeffrey (Kelley), and one daughter Sandra (Merv); eight grandchildren Cody, Katelyn, Daniel, Evan, Nicole (Mike), Katie, Stephanie, Taylor; and one great-grandchild, Bryson. Dorothy attended Van Horne school from grades 1 to 8, and John Oliver from grades 9 to 11. She then went to Fairview High School for one year. After High school she went to work for Diethers, then transferred to Evans Coleman and Evans, where she quit to have a family. She later worked at Eatons until she retired.
