“Eleni” Helen Lambrianidis.

Born June 16, 1931 in Edessa, Greece.

Finished high school in Edessa, Greece.

Father Elias Sevaptsisis.

Mother Ekaterini Seraptsidis, maiden name Terzivasiladou.

Two brothers, one older Dimitri Sevaptsidis.

One younger Kosta Sevaptstsidis.

Both brothers are deceased.

Married to John Lambrianidis in 1958 in Montreal, Canada.

Mother to Robert and Stiliani.

Grandmother to Jon, Sophia, Max, Auriana.

Passed away at the age of 94 years on Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

Helen, “Our beloved mother” was born and raised in Greece up until the age of 25 and then moved to Montreal, Canada, where she wed John Lambrianidis.

The last 48 years of Helen’s life were in Vancouver, Canada, where she enjoyed her nature walks, going to church and most of all, spending time with her beloved grandchildren.

Helen “Mom” will be missed and remembered dearly by all of her loved ones.

Broken Chain

We little knew that morning

God was going to call your name,

In life we loved you dearly

In death we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you

You did not go alone,

For part of us went with you

The day God called you home.

You left us beautiful memories

Your love is still our guide,

And although we cannot see you

You are always at our side.

Our family chain is broken

And nothing seems the same,

But as God calls us one by one

The chain will link again.
