Mr. Fan Wing Paul Tsang, born on December 7, 1962 in Guangdong, China, passed away on May 21, 2022 in Vancouver, British Columbia, at the age of 59 years. No service has being requested. Cremation to follow. Interment for Fan Wing will be held later date in Ocean View Burial Park.
