Oh my, so sad.  The world has lost a gentle soul.  

Just about daily, as I walked through the Langara facilities loading area, Glenn, from the shipping dock, would start my day by sharing a smile and a “G’morning” cheer.  Repeat at the end of the day as I walked back to the employee parking lot; head nod, smile and “G’night”.

What a guy!

Glenn was a great friend and will be missed.

As I sit and think about what I'm going to say about Glenn, I can't help but think how unbelievable and sad Glenn's death has been for all that knew him.

I can say Glenn was a true friend and anyone that was in his company always had a great time and lots of laughs.  I will remember Glenn for the rest of my life and chuckle over the great times we had.

To Rosie, Chad, Monica, Josh along with Glenn's sisters and brother and extended family, please accept my sincere condolences. 

Glennie.  If you are visiting with our buddy up there, tell him I said "Hello!"

I am so sorry to hear of Glenn's passing.  I remember him helping me rearrange the filing cabinets in my office.  And he helped with the cabinet for the psychology club as well.  Anytime I needed something from receiving he was there.  He was a friendly and amicable colleague and I will miss his presence at the college.  My heartfelt condolences to his family.

I just can't believe what I read! RIP Glenn! You're sooooo great!

I will remember Glenn's smiling face and positive attitude. Glenn was always so helpful to our entire team in Accessibility Services and he will be greatly missed.  Wishing all the best to Glenn's loved ones during this sad time.

We met Glen and his family through his father Yvon.   Yvon always held Sunday supper with his famous lasagne or barbeque steaks when the whole clan would get together.

To everyone who loved Glenn: I am so sorry to hear of his illness and of his passing. You have my sincere condolences. Glenn was an exceptional colleague, helpful and pleasant, and always quick with a laugh. The loading bay will feel empty without his cheerful presence.

Glenn did not have a mean bone in his body. 

 We were in different departments but our worksites at Langara were on either side of the receiving lot.  He was kind, with a great sense of humour and we almost daily exchanged a few words (or more) when he was out in the dock and I stepped out the back door of the shop. So sad to hear of Glenn's passing. He was such a nice guy and a pleasure to work with. He was always so very helpful and cheerful, Langara will never replace him. Thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. 

My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends... Glenn was a joy to work with and his smile and laughter could light up a room. He was always quick to help out when asked, and loved to share a joke or just chat about the day.  He will be missed at Langara, but forever in our hearts.

I worked with Glen for so many years and I am so sorry to hear of his loss. He was always there with a smile and a laugh and was ready to help what ever was needed. I am so happy I stopped for a hug and a chat when I was at the College at the end of April. You will be missed Glen.

We went to Mexico with Glenn twice in 2012.  He made our whole vacation better just by being there.  He would count down the days to our departure time.  Such a fun-loving guy; always positive and happy.  He was quite fearless and courageous too, and even went hang gliding while the rest of us cowards looked on in awe.  He was a wonderful friend and confidant, and we will miss him terribly.  We still keep his voice messages.
